I love the coffee. I get the coffee to go . I haven't tried the food. But the coffee is awesome.

First time at this coffee shop, definitely coming back! This place is right off of the beaten path and the atmosphere is perfect! Plenty of parking and plenty of places to sit inside. Very clean and the people that work here are amazing! And to top it all off, the coffee is 100% . If you are in the area, I definitely recommend this place.

Blue Star coffee is top notch. This new location/building is spectacular. Beautifully designed space with a ton of room to enjoy your coffee with friends. Outdoor seating options as well. Get a coffee to enjoy and a bag to take home with you!

My go to coffee shop when I am in Twisp. I make it a point to drive to Twisp just get order a Breve they are that good! The pace at Bluestar is relaxed. Do not expect to have blazing fast service. The wait is worth it I promise. The new location is bright and open. One drawback for me is that it can be challenging to hear the barista call out your order. The roasting area is visible inside the shop and on occasion I have heard that impromptu tours have been had. If you are traveling the North Cascades Highway you need to start or finish your journey with coffee from Blue Star Coffee Roasters.

Fantastic coffee roasters! Got a tour of the facility and learned a lot from Dan on how they make the coffee. They have a passion for coffee and it shows as the coffee is fantastic. Purchased a bag of each roast, shirts for the whole family and iced coffee (delicious ) to go! Will be back for sure ...

What a neat place to try really good coffee! We sat outside and enjoyed our coffee and pastry and ended up taking several bags of coffee home with us. Their coffee is rich and smooth and my iced Americano was excellent Blue star partners with local bakeries to serve their sweets and savory pastries which is really cool. Will be back!
